Budget Balance February 2026

The central government budget recorded a surplus of 24.4 billion TRY in February.

Balance of Payments January 2026

In January, the current account balance recorded a deficit of 6.8 billion USD, exceeding market expectations.

Inflation Report

Consumer prices rose by 2.96% on a monthly basis in February, in line with market expectations. The increase in food prices continued to be a key driver of CPI inflation.

GDP Growth

The Turkish economy grew by 3.6% in 2025.
